What is Rhino Week?

Starting on 26th January, Rhino Week is a 7-day campaign to raise awareness about endangered rhinos. As part of the larger campaign #SaveRhinosNow, World of Animals magazine works closely with Ol Pejeta conservancy in Kenya to help put an end to illegal poaching.

Who will Rhino Week help?

Ol Pejeta conservancy in Kenya is the largest rhino sanctuary in west Africa. They are struggling financially since the Ebola outbreak, and have asked for your help to raise some funds.

Why should I donate?

Our friends in Kenya need help to continue protecting rhinos. They work day and night to save rhinos from illegal poaching, which costs money. Donations go towards equipment for rangers, rhino care and upkeep of the conservancy.

What’s going to be happening?

What an excellent question. Every day will be packed with rhino goodness, from meeting a new rhino each day to daily competitions! You definitely don’t want to miss out.

Can I enter every single competition?

Yes! You can enter all of the competitions during Rhino week. However, multiple entries same competition will not count, so only enter once if you want a chance to win.

How do I keep up to date with Rhino Week?

Where to start? Firstly, follow World of Animals on Facebook and Twitter. Give Ol Pejeta a follow for good measure, too. Visit Animal Answers every day to catch up on all the fun, all of the posts will be on our Save Rhinos Now page.

Get involved with our campaign and donate now.
